Developed thorough knowledge of the ProdXverse platform — its feature architecture, admin roles, user flows and component relationships — enabling faster, more confident feature delivery with fewer review cycles.

Mastered the complete WordPress delivery lifecycle: theme analysis, custom layout implementation, content migration at scale, client review cycle management, cross-browser responsiveness, and production go-live coordination.

What Didn't Go Well  &  How I'll Fix It
⚠️ Challenges
Theme Learning Curve
Spent significant time reverse-engineering the WordPress theme structure before being able to build — this acted as a bottleneck on a time-sensitive project and delayed the first milestone.
Rushing Over Quality
During peak workloads, prioritised completion speed over careful quality checks. This mindset led to rework cycles that consumed more time than a slower, deliberate approach would have.
SOP Not Followed Consistently
Standard Operating Procedures were not applied throughout the project lifecycle — leading to avoidable confusion, miscommunication, and back-and-forth on deliverables.

Plan First, Build Second
Every project begins with a structured SOP and a realistic timeline broken into milestones — no code written until scope is clear and agreed. Theme/stack analysis is part of the plan, not the sprint.
Small Fast, Large Careful
Quick wins and small fixes shipped rapidly. Complex builds get dedicated deep-focus blocks with explicit quality checkpoints — no rushing the final 20% that determines client perception.
Presence of Mind Over Urgency
Slow down deliberately when pressure rises — that's when mistakes happen. Errors caught during build save 3× the time versus fixes after client review. Quality is the fastest long-term strategy.
